MY FAVORITE PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY

Well, to begin with, it is very difficult for me to choose a single technology device as my favorite because there is a great variety of them, unlike the previous times, but I would dare to say that of all of them my favorite is the computer. It is the object that I use the most, even more than the cellphone.

I used to occupy teh same computer with my sister and it was very stressful because it was very difficult to agree on scheduling issues, until I got my own computer at the end of last year and I love it. I really liked it because I realized that I could do many things with the same device and at the same time, beside that it is only mine.

It allows me to do a myriad of things from studying, look for information, meeting with my work groups to watching movies, listening to music, dowloading applications, etc. It is very comfortable for me to do anything and the truth would be very difficult for me to do the things I do commonly without a computer, It would be a little difficult for me because I am used to having it, in a few words, It would complicate my life, definitely!!

    Hi Karen!, I need to know, How could you survive a year sharing your computer? I can't believe it, it must have been terrible. I remember last year I couldn't get away from the computer for a minute, I'm glad that you finally have your own computer.

    Hi karen, I understand what you mean with it would be difficult to live without a computer, I completely agree with you! I think we can do everything with it, so I also use it more than my cell phone.

    Hi Karen! I agree with you, computer is one of the most important things now, specially in these times of pandemic. We can do many things with it, that's why it would be so difficult to live without it.

    Hi Karen, I also got my computer last year and I feel like I can't do anything without it at this point, I couldn't live without it and my cell phone. I understand you completely!

    Hi Karen, I also have a little problem to choose my favorite technology device for the same reason, I use a lot of them . But I agree with the desition of choose the pc, specially for the reason that you can do a lot of things at the same time.

    Hello Karen! I'm glad that now you can work with your own computer. Nowadays it's very important to have your own device to work and study, because it's very difficult to work having to share the times of use with another person. Unfortunately architecture is still demanding and can be even more so in this modality.

A SUBJECT YOU'VE ENJOYED STUDYING  THIS SEMESTER  The subject that I enjoyed the most and that I took this semester was "Culture of classical architecture", and that unfortunately I only had once a week.  HOW CAN MY MAJOR MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE? The architecture sector is characterized by being a highly polluting area, since for this to be carried out, large quantities of materials are necessary that in their production and handling emit large amounts of gases, which is obviously natural but due to the intervention on the human being there is an increase. However, the concern on the part of society to make the world a less polluting place is increasingly evident, which is why sustainable building are proposed, also called green building, which are constructions that contribute to the improvement of the environment, factor that is necesary for human confort. It is for this reason that I see myself learning more and more about my career and its relationship with the environment is highly damaged by construction work and building operations that respond to the high demographic demand.
